RipSnore has been a game changer for me - they actual do work. My experience aligns with the marketing on the box. From a high snore score of 240 I am now down to 50 (see image from SnoreLab). I started using these about 3 months ago, and literally overnight I dropped 120 snore points and have over time reached a consistent 50 points. My wife says I don't snore anymore. It has become an important part of my everyday sleep routine.It took me about 5 days to get used to having the device in my mouth. After 3 months, it is feels very normal to me and I sleep so much better, I really notice not nodding off in the early afternoon at work and waiting for the weekend to daytime sleep to try and catchup. Its been a very positive review so far, here are some of things that I also experienced with it. Occasionally, I have woken the next day and my teeth have had minor pain like when you go to orthodontist, and they adjust your braces - lasts for about 10mins. And sometimes under the bottom lip (inside of your mouth) i would have small blisters where the guard had been rubbing them - it took about 15mins to be normal again. I should stress here, these have happened a handful of times and are really minor.To sum up, guard has exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't be without one.
